At Easy Eats with Chef Eden, every meal is crafted with passion, experience, and a deep love for family. Chef Eden’s journey is one of resilience, dedication, and a commitment to serving others—both in and out of the kitchen.

Married to his childhood sweetheart at just 18, Chef Eden has built a life centered around love, family, and selfless service. With three amazing daughters and a grandson who brightens his world, he is driven by a desire to create a lasting legacy—one delicious meal at a time.

After serving honorably in the U.S. Army, Chef Eden faced an unexpected challenge: a medical retirement due to a disabling back injury. This life-altering moment led him to pursue his passion for cooking, earning a spot on the President’s List at Culinard and completing an internship at Disney World, where he worked at ESPN Wide World of Sports, Epcot Food and Wine Festival, and Disney Springs.

For the past several years, Chef Eden has proudly served as Executive Chef at NHC Place in Anniston, where he has elevated the dining experience for residents. His credentials include Certified Dietary Manager certification from the University of Florida and ServSafe Certification, ensuring that every meal he prepares meets the highest standards of care and quality.

Outside the kitchen, Chef Eden embraces life to the fullest—whether it’s enjoying the outdoors, competing in dart tournaments, or perfecting his skills on the guitar. (And if you think he looks familiar, you’re not alone—many say he’s a HARDY lookalike!)
